Went in for a filling for the first time to this place because half my tooth cracked..the filling done was out of shape and had gaps.. i was overcharged for such a horrible job by Dr Hand .. went to another dentist to get the small gaps filled and the filling straitened and when the other dentist looked at it hes first words were "what has he done"
Dr Hand was very professional and knowledgeable. He made our 6 month old feel comfortable and made sure he informed us about every little detail. We highly recommend Dr Hand
After my daughters tongue/lip tie went missed for months and seeing another specialist in coburg I put it off as i was too anxious to put my little baby through the procedure. After seeing a chiro and a lactation consultant I was referred to Dr Hand and his team and felt comfortable enough to let them do it! I couldn’t recommend them enough! They treated my baby with so much respect in a scary moment for her and myself!
After 4 months of questioning my daughters Lip / Tongue Tie with GP'S, Paeds and MCHN, Dr Hand reviewed and confirmed what I initially thought - she required laser for both ties. Dr Hand made the process easy and stress free. He is extremely friendly and comforting, was great with my 4 month old, and has prompt/great communication! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Hand.
Disgusting service and veryunprofessional!!! Dr has no idea what he is talking about!! Took my child in for a liptie procedure and Dr Hand mentioned there was no liptie. To my shock, I found out at 15 months that my child needed the liptie procedure to know that after 9 months they need to go under general aesthetic by Dr Hand!!!! The procedure was done by a more Professional Dr in Coburg with no complicationsand no general needed!!!
