Dr Philip Smith is the most outstanding Surgeon/Physician he is very meticulous in what he does. The office visits are like no other, He takes his time to show you what he can do in detail & answer questions. He is genuinely a kind man. He helped me & I'm healing unbelievably well, when my local hospital surgeon kept fixing me w error upon error. I was so lucky to find Dr Smith ! Can't Thank him enough!!! Dr Smith is totally out there, This Dr went back 30 years on my chart for a hernia surgery? He blasted me in his progress notes of false things that had NOTHING to do with my surgery, i had to go to the medical director for his notes to be removed, he had no reason to even document things NOT related to my surgery, like he had some vendetta against me. Worst experience ever. If you are going to have surgery, don’t expect to have your pain monitored. I was betrayed and lied to by the doctor and the clinic itself. I was so excited to have this surgery. Then now I’m like why did I believe this guy? I feel he is very discriminated towards people that are on other meds. I’m saddened by the treatment I received. I am quite pleased with the outcome of the robotic laparoscopic hernia surgery as the recovery was far quicker and easier than I had imagined. The first day after surgery, I experienced only minor pain at the hernia site and I was able to run "7" miles with little difficulty. Also, I did not fill the prescription for pain meds. The entire Kadlec team was impressive with caring knowledgeable staff members at every level. Many thanks to Dr. Smith, Karen the robot, and others on the surgical team. Outstanding job!
