This dermatologist is awful. He kept pushing his laser treatment and when I disagreed with him he said, “Did you go to medical school?” 8 months later, he sent me a bill for $150 saying I didn’t have a referral—even though I had one. Very unprofessional and unfair.
Please do not ever use this dermatologist. The receptionists are unprofessional, rude and nasty. They snicker behind the desk and ignore patients as they chat with each other. I actually can’t believe patients still go there particularly because it’s located in White Plains. The dermatologist Dr Fried gave my daughter some medication that his company, West Derm Center created and instead of the hair growing on her scalp, it grew everywhere else so she looks like a werewolf. The way the receptionists and their manager treat patients is why the justification of violence towards those unfit to be in healthcare is becoming a mentality with a strong following here in America. One day they will cross the wrong person.
