Dr Phillips Is A Great Dr. He helped diagnose my skin condition and even gave me a sample of sunscreen Cream to make sure my skin is good from the Sun. He was very helpful and Nice to me.
I really do not know what is going in that office, there were a lot of people. I was sitting there almost two hours, and they were taking patients that just got right there at that moment, when I asked the excuse was that their appointment was first, it was not true, I do not know if they were taking those patients because they were private or people with better insurance, Do they have preferences? are they discriminating Medicaid patients?, is the only thing I can think of it.
Excellent and compassionate office staff and great dermatologist! They got me in for same day appointment that was needed urgently.
Dr Fried is an excellent doctor. The staff at his White Plains office are incompetent. I have not had an issue at the Yonkers office. I work in healthcare, I get the "ins and out" but when your staff are not considerate of the patients time and mislead with false insurance information, you loose a client. Wait time is long. His bed manner is excellent.
