I am very apprehensive about going to the dentist let alone getting a tooth pulled. From the moment I walked in, until I left I was treated wonderfully. The doctor and the entire staff were very professional and compassionate. Everything was explained to me before I left and the follow up call was greatly appreciated.

I just got my four wisdom teeth removed yesterday morning by Dr. Engel. I was pretty nervous, I'd never had any kind of operations or teeth removed before so I didn't really know what to expect. The staff was super friendly and did everything possible to help me relax and feel comfortable as well as answer any questions I had about the procedure. This was my first visit. Environment is clean and state of the art. From the welcome at the reception to the finance department all parties were professional polite and pleasant. Dr. Engel made sure I was at ease and talked me through the entire procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) I would definitely recommend.
I was incredibly nervous to have my 3 wisdom teeth removed, one of which was impacted. I am a bit older than a teenager and my friends who had gotten their wisdom teeth removed at different places, all told me their stories. Many of which were not good. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by the experience and have so far, not had a lot of pain. Dr. Richard Stern and his entire staff are so friendly, and make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend them to everyone!
