Philip's the man! He was so kind I just ran for his sweet dreams. He sells the world to you. He does get good deals until he tells you that through the sky of blue he pressured the seller to drop 30,000 or he would, "make it hard for them to sell". The seller did the deal, but my thoughts came into my mind on how he was able to do that. Apparently Philip is the 1# realtor of Seal Beach. He is very sneaky man
When meeting Philip and he told me that was your car, you will do better after I get this place, you will be dressed better with your new home too... That is all in my skin now. I don't appreciate him. He is kind regardless I seen this in sales. A different person behind a mask. I choose not to go with him as I have plenty of experience with all types of people. Especially the one who may have different objectives others he shows.
