Highest recommendation! As someone with anxiety about dental procedures and being in a severe dental situation, I could not be more thankful I was referred to Dr. Pack. His manner, personality, professionalism and understanding - all 5 stars.
Dr. Pack is very nice and made me feel more comfortable when I was anxious about my upcoming surgery. He explained everything to me along the way and was great.
Dr. Pack is a wonderful dentist. My regular dentist is very precise and only recommends the very best people in NYC. Dr. Pack is a very warm person who takes great interest in his patients. He is technically excellent and he also is very caring. His follow-up instructions were very helpful. I had a reasonably complicated and difficult gum surgery, and after 1 day, I had no pain.
I had one of my back tooth (3 roots) extracted by Dr. Pack few month ago. Dr. Pack explained patiently the process and what I will be facing, including written instructions. During the surgery, he was very gentle, which made the surgery barely noticeable. During the period after the extraction and preparation for an implant, Dr. Pack and his office stuff, took the time to check on me several times and made sure I am in good health to continue the following process. I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Pack as my periodontist for 20 years I have always had the worst gums and no other dentist or periodontist helped me. I have had to have different procedures done by Dr. Pack thru the years which have been relatively painless and if you can believe about a dental procedure, pleasant!!! Dr. Pack was very pleasant when I went to his office. Despite my concerns about the procedure he assured me that I would have a great result but the result was very bad, when I allowed him to do it over, the result was even worse. He said he was very surprised. I would not advise a friend to go to him.
I was a referral from my new dentist. my whole experience was please from start to finish I didn't have an appt and after about 30 mins i was seen. The Doctor was understanding, very competent about my concerns and issue. I hope this a start to a very good relationship. with my dental care and needs.

I was referred to Dr. Pack in June 2005 to see if removal of the flap covering my impacted lower 3rd molar ("M3") might open access to a pocket permitting better access for cleaning. Dr. Pack did an excellent job. He anesthetized my gums carefully and cut away the gum tissue with precision. I felt next to no pain.
