Every time I have been to a providence facility ever ything has gone great / great serrvice, respent caring and assuring I understand what is going on and all questions have been answered. I am tired of answering the same quest ionaire that you continually send me. I will not be filling any more out. If I have a problem, I will advice you. Have a good day.
This was a follow up on a on going problem, trying to get the meds balanced for the best possible ability to have a functional life... His willingness to listen and be flexable with the needs of the other doc's involved is a great asset
