I've been a patient of Dr. Bradford's for 7 years and have always been a fan of his. The original office staff was top tier and great to deal with. There has been a lot of turnover with both hygienists and office staff over the last few years. The current office regime is impossible to deal with. I call and leave a message and get no call back.
