I talked to them approximately two weeks ago about installing some ceiling fans which we had on order. We discussed a specific date for the install, and left it that I would notify them when the fans came in. I did so, but when I attempted to confirm the date we'd talked about, they became mysteriously silent. Have not responded to multiple voice and text messages. Today when I called, someone picked up the phone but said nothing as I tried to talk to him. Cannot recommend.
I received a quote for $650 to have 10 outlets replaced, it seemed excessive but we needed the work done by a licensed electrician to sell our house. Before the electrician arrived, I spoke with someone in the office about exactly what needed to be done, the exact locations, and materials that would be necessary to complete the work.
