We started our home search back in July 2022. Philip stuck with us the whole time. He walked fields and woods with us. He even jumped down into a crawl space with us and declared "this house has good bones". Philip was with us from the beginning of the search and sat with us through the signing to answer any questions as we completed our journey. We signed in November 2023. A long journey, but well worth it. We had a great experience with Philip Barnett and recommend him to everyone who asks.
