I've never written a poor review on any doctor but the lack of professionalism in Dr. Baldinger's office was by far the worst I've ever received. I had new insurance and didn't realize I needed a referral so I came to my appointment and was informed they didn't have my referral. I would assume it would be standard practice to call a patience prior to coming in for the appointment so they don't waste a trip. That did not happen. I made a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks.
