Dr. Au is a nice dentist. My kids love going to see him. We have been going to dr au for almost 7 yrs now. We went to different dentists in the area, and found that dr. Au is the most gentle to patients. He does very good teeth cleaning for patients, no lousy works.
Those nurse never picked up phone calls or called patient back. Every single appointment I have to call like 6+ times trying my luck.
Dr. Au is a nice guy--warmhearted, nice to patient, as well as fair treatment charge. However,I'm afraid I can't give credit to his treatment to me based on my unhappy experience in his office. Actually, It's a common procedure to filling two bad teeth. Both of them are not complex cases--very small teeth. But I suffered from teeth pain for more than two weeks after I was treated... Even it's still painful now. I don't know how it could happen. But I think I won't, and won't recommend my friends either to his office anymore
I would like to estimate Dr. Au from two perspective. Admittedly, he is a nice guy, warm-heated, and provided a bunch of good suggestions for my teeth treatment--- I'm a shamed of my bad teeth. While honestly, I couldn't give him credit for his treatment on me. I did the filing treatment for my two teeth at Dr. Au's office. Honestly, both of them are not complicate dentistry job, but I was always feeling painful after the treatment, and it has been 6 months since I came back from his office... no HMO. But the best I've had. The staff is very cheerful and friendly.
