Dr. Maddox was very kind and personable. He did a great job explaining my options and answering my questions.
I had a horrible experience with this doctor’s office, starting with the nurse that Dr. Maddox sent in to explain the procedure. I quote, “Dr. Maddox uses Michael Jackson date-rape drugs to put you to sleep and makes an incision between your pointer finger and thumb down to your wrist for the surgery.” A second nurse then came in, and when I asked about the procedure, she said that they hadn’t done that type of surgery in many years.
