Philgreen is a top-notch general contractor. You can see examples of their craftmanship at REVIVE (on Willox) and Old Town North (Suniga & Jerome). These neighborhoods are appreciating even more than the average residence in Fort Collins, and when you entrust Philgreen with your build, you can be assured you will get a high quality product. I would absolutely use them again.

Our family purchased a new townhouse in the community of Revive, which is located in north Fort Collins off of North College and Willox. Our townhouse, along with all of the other townhouses and duplexes in Revive, were built by PhilGreen Construction. Build was promised 8 months before it was finally finished. Build quality is overall 8/10 however. many of the warranty defects were ignored for months. when they were addressed it was with a lot of half assed contractors who don't meet scheduled appointments or don't have the tools they need etc etc. Generally speaking would work with a different builder in the future, or maybe just not build next time.
