The Best Place to have a Nice imimate setting in Killeen! The staff and owner at very personable, the atmosphere is on point! The food, music, and decor are always the bomb! My bday party was a HUGE success. I recommend this venue to ANYONE! You WONT be disappointed!!!!
Hubby and I went for a night out. Hubby was a little hesitate about going at first but he and I were really impressed with Phileo. Very classy with a mature crowd. Will be going back.
