Wouldn’t rent here again. Mice infested the unit and there were droppings on all of my belongings. There was also a bullet found outside the unit. Sketchy area. Also took forever for Storage Sense to respond to my report and even resolve this matter. I had to reach out to them countless times for them to escalate the incident. Do NOT store here!!!
Our bill went from $90 a month when it was Philema Storage to $170 a month when it changed to Storage sense. Same unit. Nothing changed but the company. After 8 days you received a late charge. I owed almost 500 for 2 months at one time. You could never get anyone on the phone. You couldn't pay your bill online if it was 30 days past due, so youd call and leave messages on top of messages trying to get someone to answer. And then they couldn't take the payment.
