I started coming to this dental office early this year through recommendation from a friend . I am very pleased with their service,their professionalism, friendliness, always try to accommodate patient schedule, reasonable price . I also bring my mom to them as well and she is really happy 😊. Highly recommend this office .
Absolute waste of time! I booked TWO appointments here for Wednesday, February 26. When I arrived, they suddenly told me I had to pay $80 EACH for an X-ray before they would even do the cleaning. No one mentioned this over the phone when I booked! If I had known, I wouldn’t have wasted my time—especially since I had to take time off work for this. Completely unprofessional and misleading. If they can’t even be upfront about their pricing, how can you trust them with your dental care? Avoid this place!
Nha sĩ vui lòng gọi lại/ liên lạc cho Phương Nguyên :) Con niềng răng vừa tháo chưa được 1 tuần răng hàm dưới chạy, cách 1 khoảng, còn răng hàm trên thì bị dứt dây cố dịnh, bật hết phần trám mặt trong. Đến gặp nha sĩ tái khám, bác bỏ về trong khi đã đặt lịch hẹn trước (con trễ hẹn 10 phút, nhà con cách nha sĩ 4 tiếng đồng hồ đi và về). I went one of the Dental office in Scarborough, and they couldn't find my painful tooth problem, until I went to Phidon Dental office, the dentist showed me what happened to my tooth that cracked. The Dentist, the receptionist and people are friendly, patient and professional.
