If my glasses are still in multiple pieces, they are not "ready to be picked up." Please be honest with customers about the condition of purchases. I'm also really concerned that my glasses were in pieces because they didn't use the right size screws. (So I will always have the added worry that something is wrong. That the screws stripped the filaments, or that they'll work their way out.)
I love Dr Betts, he is awesome. The staff is friendly and knowledgable......
Amazing Dr's and staff. The most affordable designer frames in the area.
The doctor put his dirty fingers in my eyes and took my contacts out without washing his hands or putting on gloves. This was violating and gross. 0/5
