No Stars! This place is a nightmare! I don't even know where to begin so I'll just leave it at that! Find somewhere else!
I like using a facility that is honest and up front with the patient. The truth goes a long ways when a patient is placing their health in the staffs hands. When you find out that the staff has been less than honest you become reluctant to use tha facility. There is always time to change a wrong to right.
The people that made the appointment were nice and customer service oriented. Julie however the person at the front desk that was checking me in unprofessional, rude and even tried to argue with me. I’m here because I’m in pain while she’s sitting I told her after standing for about 15 minutes and coming back to return a form. I express that I’m in a great deal of pain. WHY DO OUR RIDES HAVE TO WAIT IN THEIR CARS FOR 2-3 HOURS IN THE HEAT OR FREEZING COLD, 3 YEARS POST-COVID!!???!! BEYOND RIDICULOUS TO EXPECT PEOPLE TO SIT IN THE PARKING LOT FOR HOURS ON END!!! Staff is mostly pleasant (there is a very rude girl at the front desk) but they run behind frequently and not allowing people in the building is beyond stupid at this point.
