The people that made the appointment were nice and customer service oriented. Julie however the person at the front desk that was checking me in unprofessional, rude and even tried to argue with me. I’m here because I’m in pain while she’s sitting I told her after standing for about 15 minutes and coming back to return a form. I express that I’m in a great deal of pain. She says just one more minute. I know my limitations so I sit. She storms around the desk and tells me she needs a urine to see if I’m pregnant. I express ag... read more
WHY DO OUR RIDES HAVE TO WAIT IN THEIR CARS FOR 2-3 HOURS IN THE HEAT OR FREEZING COLD, 3 YEARS POST-COVID!!???!! BEYOND RIDICULOUS TO EXPECT PEOPLE TO SIT IN THE PARKING LOT FOR HOURS ON END!!! Staff is mostly pleasant (there is a very rude girl at the front desk) but they run behind frequently and not allowing people in the building is beyond stupid at this point. Unbelievably ridiculous demand. Just require masks if you are still paranoid. Literally no other places do this anymore!!! Why the hell is this still a thing?? N... read more
I had a great experience here. The staff treated me with great care. Oksana (head nurse?) provided great care after the surgery. Excellent bedside manner. Julie at the front desk was very helpful and responsive to my calls. Thank you.
