I was approached by phone to sign up for a special membership fee. I decided not to follow through with the membership and called to cancel. They continued to take the monthly fee. I contacted them repeatedly. By the time I was able to get them to stop taking out the fee, they had taken hundreds of dollars. I have never been to the gym, but was taken terrible advantage of. I recommend that they get mikejoneslsndscaping.com back for snow removal. they hired 2 guys with a truck who finally got there at 10 AM this morning. The property was not plowed and no sidewalks were cleared. Handicap spots were covered in ice and snow. very dangerous situation over there. corporate, please do something! thw new guys pulled all the perennials and threw mulch over the gardens. no more flowers! Horrible! I’ve been trying to cancel since April and been given the run around. Still nothing .... I’ve contacted the general manager, business director and customer service — no response! Think very HARD before you sign up because clearly it’s a life time commitment and they charge you a different price every month
