Using PST Trolley was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We had an unconventional, small wedding, and Lisa in the office was incredibly helpful with the planning process. We had an amazing experience with PST Trolley for our wedding! They were extremely prompt and navigated through traffic seamlessly, making our wedding day transportation completely stress-free. The trolley was air-conditioned and had an AUX hookup, which let us play our own music for the ride—perfect for keeping the energy up. The pros: The route was comprehensive and interesting. The Narrator knew lots of facts about where movies had been filmed, when to get cameras ready etc. He was also cheerful. Cons: my tour was like the “Getto” tour. The Narrator was at times difficult to understand because he did not speak proper English. He also made multiple references to food stamps and how holders could get into certain museums one day a week for free. On October 12, 2023, My husband and I had a concerning experience during a double decker tour bus ride driven by Chris. Unfortunately, our tour was interrupted due to a demonstration supporting Palestine and Hamas, resulting in a police stop. To our disappointment, Matt, the tour guide's behavior left much to be desired. Instead of providing us with informative insights about the history of America, he persistently discussed topics such as Black Lives Matter, wars, and made jokes that belittled our founding fathers.
