I paid my fine, but I still have an expired registration and didn't get my car back; the man didn't give me any information, and when I went to the auto tag office, they couldn't help me either. I’m furious—I paid the fine but still haven't retrieved the vehicle.
Illegally towed
This place is horrible! The staff admitted the signage is confusing. The lady working the window was very rude despite my politeness. She was on her phone and her attitude was very poor. Maybe she was have a bad day but there are better ways to communicate. I contacted the city about this and received no response and even went as far as to contact the mayor's office but still received no reply. This was my first time visiting Philadelphia and the appearance was far from "brotherly love."
