I parked my car on the street where there were **no signs or notices** indicating that parking was prohibited or that vehicles would be towed. When I came back, my car was gone. I later found out that PPA had towed it, leaving me to deal with the stress, wasted time, and expensive towing and storage fees. If parking restrictions were in effect, they should have been **clearly posted** so drivers have a fair chance to avoid being towed. Instead, I was left completely confused with no warning at all. Overall, the clerks I worked with were kind, helpful and understanding. It’s surprising to me that the least professional person in the building was the supervisor while there are several excellent clerks. PPA, I’m not sure what your hiring process is however, find it interesting that all of the clerks are women and the only man in the building is the supervisor who is clearly incompetent, told me misinformation, antagonized an already stressful situation and had a clear agenda to win a power struggle over providing helpful ... read more
