I will say due to the circumstances, the workers deal with alot and are professional. I was upset because my car was towed (I didn't park my car). Listen, I respect the hustle. I parked at 4:15 AM, eyes barely open, on a tactical mission to help build 25,000 Shortis for the city on Wawa Hoagie Day in July. I was ready to lead the sandwich assembly line... but I failed to read the 'No Stopping 7-9:30 AM' sign. By the time I finished feeding Philly, my car was gone. Vanished. They don’t answer the phone when you call to find out which lot your car was towed to. It’s a good thing I had an air tag on the car. The retrieval process was fairly easy though.
The rudest people I have ever spoken to in my life, if I could give a -500 for Badge Number 505, I would add 1000 onto it as well. I was hung up several times and insulting far more than anything that was warranted. Just give up your car if it gets towed here.
