Sorry, very rude, deciefful, and unhelpful. Yhr manager there especially so. Lied to my face so PPA can make an Extra buck. The people there don’t care and just blame Harrisburg. Philly, please take control of your own city and stop having Harrisburg ruin what is already a hard life in Philly.
Horrible place and people 0 stars. They make it impossible to get your car back. They are rude and don't show any compassion at all.
Unfortunately they towed my car and now there damages to the car that i will have to pay for out of pocket. The system they have going is very unorganized and old school. They say I have to come there to file damage claim papers and can’t do it on phone or online. I knew something was wrong when i pulled out and it made a bad screeching noise. This was on a Sunday too.
This place is unbelievably rude, offering the absolute WORST and most disgusting customer service imaginable. My car got towed, and when I had the displeasure of trying to retrieve it, the first woman I encountered, who had those light and dark brown braids, was no help. She said she couldn’t do nothing but take my money because all my paperwork was in the car. And get this, she told me I wasn’t allowed to go into my own car!
