The biggest Crooks of Philadelphia these ppl will boot your car ,sell the car and you are still responsible for the tickets .be careful they will now ticket ur car without you receiving a physical ticket. Philadelphia Parking Authority's money intake ($$$) distracts from their epic failure to in any way address/resolve parking issues in Philadelphia. If they were successful, they wouldn't make a cent. Collecting massive amounts of money means they not controlling parking, just monetizing it.
