Spoke to well over 2 dozen people after being targeted for my race (2 PPA officers, wrote me for a ticket simultaneously AT THE SAME EXACT DATE AND TIME after watching me double park to pick up a PREPAID food order) but the one didn’t put the ticket in my windshield/give it to me, and they told me I only got one ticket for street cleaning. PPA parked in a no stopping bus zone but would find us $76 if we did it. PPA also rear-ended someone’s car while towing another car. They were supposed to report it to police but nah they left once they finished towing the car.
