Tried contacting the magazine but no response to the calls
I renewed my subscription (check cashed) 5 months ago and never got a single magazine. I sent multiple emails that went unanswered. It was only after I called, did they actually renew it in the system and only then it was for 11 months. Beware!
I have renewed my subscription 3 months ago, no magazine yet! Every time I call they say their system is down. They were able to cash my check though. Oh and the system has been down, they say for 5 weeks! Joke
