They completely ignored my phone calls for a month straight. Gave me HORRIBLE customer service. This is NOT a real insurance company at all. Rose Casares needs to be fired immediately she’s suppose to handle my entire situation and I haven’t been able to get ahold of her at all. Suing is my last resort.
They are handling the issuing of funds in a timely manner after a disaster event quite poorly. After an initial paltry release, many residents remain stuck in limbo awaiting for their units to be completed because of this stalling in release for the rest of the funds. This shows that they are not acting in the best interests of their clients, especially considering supply chain distribution issues for vendors and the time it takes for city to issue permits.
