The PHDC helped my husband and I with a new roof,and kitchen, and all new drywall in our 3 bedroom home. They work with different partners, ours was a program called " Built to last". They fix older homes for homeowners who are current in their property tax. Nothing but positive experience. Oh yes, also a brand new heating system. I am so thankful for this program,as there wouldn't be any possible way for us to have afforded the much needed repairs.
