I've been a member for years. Never thought of going to a different bank. The staff is kind and courteous at all times. Never had a bad experience at PFCU.
Very neat and clean and the towers. Management goes out of their way to make sure that your needs are met. A very good place to do your banking. I highly recommend this place.
I’ll asked for a loan based off of a ramp for my medical condition I have social security and a decent credit I asked for a opportunity because as I said am prior service but I don’t receive my benefits and I explained why they assumed incorrectly they didn’t care and told me no when I never mentioned another income the bank assumed this if I had 2 incomes why even go to the bank for a loan of 2000 grand.
