Exceptional customer service and atmosphere
+Nice Staff. They will refund overdrafts sometimes. - A bit antiquated. Can't use Zelle or process electronic checks.
The bank froze my account due to someone’s attempting to make a purchase on my card. Spoke with a customer service rep and have it resolved within a minute. Now I’m waiting for the new card to come in thru the mail. Thank you!
