The bank froze my account due to someone’s attempting to make a purchase on my card. Spoke with a customer service rep and have it resolved within a minute. Now I’m waiting for the new card to come in thru the mail. Thank you!
This bank has really gone downhill.
I never imagined a credit union could cause this much financial and emotional harm. PFCU withdrew $525 from my account *in error*, and then froze my account entirely. That was over a week ago. Since then, I’ve been bounced between departments, stonewalled, and told that *I* need to provide “proof” of their own mistake—all while being locked out of the remaining funds I need to pay rent and survive.
