You can open the account online but for it to actually be active, you have to personally go into a branch The loan officers do not have direct phone numbers or emails so it is impossible to reach them directly - it took more than 48 hours to get a response to email or phone message What could have been done in minutes at the dealership took weeks thru this credit union Worst banking experience I’ve ever had
