I cannot say enough good things about this place! They have nice offers and the last one was $99 eyeglasses which I could not resist! I bought the glasses I wanted and it was such a nice experience from start to finish.

Do not expect a refund from them. They give only store credit. Who the hell want store credit and i got the receipt.

I recently visited this optical and everyone that worked their was nice except the older lady that worked in the front. She was very unprofessional and looked like she didn't even want to work. She even went outside and took a smoke break before I was taken care of. When she reurned I watched her take care of a lady that was there with her son and she was very rude. She wasn't helpful at all. There's another optical down the block from there where I took my kids and that's where ill be going from now on. They are much nicer ... read more

I would have liked to give less than 1 star. I took my young son there and the people that worked in the front were very unprofessional and impatient. They made me feel unwelcomed. They also tried to overcharge me with unposted charges. I would not recommend this location. I personally will never return to this location.

Wow!!! i just got my new glasses at the Cohen's optical center at the sunrise mall and i can't begin to express how thrilled, satisfied, and happy I am not only with my new glasses but also with the excellent customer service I experienced there. I have been going to this Cohen"s for years to get my eyes examined and then buy my glasses and contact lenses. They are so thorough, so helpful and when it comes to choosing frames they are really good at finding just the right thing.

Good customer service and satisfaction posted at the store wall but I what I experienced was exactly the opposite of what they are trying to project to customers. It took me 2 months to wait for my prescription sunglasses but not a single apology was made. If I did not dispute this through care credit, it could have been a longer wait. I was informed by care credit customer service representative that the disputed merchandise is ready for pick up but when I went there I waited again for an hour.

this is the place you want to go. they have the coolest frames in stock and you can get them the same day if the lenses are in stock. be prepared to pay the piper though. spending $1,000.00 for a pair of eyeglasses is steep. if you can afford it, buy 3 or 4 pair and ask what they can do. at these prices, they could give YOU A DISCOUNT OF $500.00 OR 600.00 . the markup is 2000% so they will do it. just see glen and ask him how many sq. ft. his house is. it's disgusting. they will get you if you let them. just tell them what y... read more
