Very rude lady here. Calls members of the public "slob". She needs to held accountable for her actions as a public servant. If you didn't want to work with the public, then she needs to find a non-public servant job. I wonder how many people she has mistreated in her career. She's very unprofessional.
The workers here call the members of the public nasty names and then refuse to identify them selves so that they can’t be held accountable.
I was at the Castor ave office 3/25..-the rep who took care of me was the worst., Sha had the worst attitude, berated me for not filling at the sign in sheet right..I had letters from my bank she wouldn't even look at them.The city screwed up my check big time and I have to deal with.This office should be revamped and have people with customer service experience.Just horrible
