Took an order for a youth group event .. then failed to deliver and failed to let anyone know they were not going to fulfill the order...
We had a charity event this weekend, they offered cupcakes a cookies for 400 people. We found out 30 minutes before the event we were not getting anything. The girl on the phone said the baker had an emergency and we were just a donation. No phone call to let us know it wasnt going to happen. Owner knew Friday because on his facebook page shows him having dinner out with friends in Phoenix. If there truly was a family emergency he should have left contact info with whoever was in charge.
So The Philadelphia Baking Company of Arizona totally screwed over my youth group this weekend. My youth group, for their charity event on Saturday, placed an order a week in advance to have baked goods catered by this company and when they failed to show up for the delivery, we called only to find out that they had decided not to fulfill our order.
Went for breakfast, it was great and reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
Nice to be able to observe the continued growth and improvements of this business. Always an enjoyable experience when I visit. Highly recommended. "Soup" is the man! Peace and love.

I wasn't very fond of the heat since I'm from Washington and it rains 310 days out of the year but I did really love this joint. It's quaint, welcoming, and the food tasted like home cooked meals. If you are going to Sierra Vista make sure to stop there!!
Everyone is so friendly and nice. The pastries and donuts are the household favorite and the chocolate crossiants are mine! Food is amazing too!!
