Professional, expedient, reasonable, and with me from start to finish.. these guys were awesome. Met up on a Friday, walked through the area, dealt with a tricky spot to get to, discussed the work, and by 1pm Monday morning it was a done deal! That right there is why you deal with folks that have been doing this a long time
Phil and family were great. Very accommodating, professional and respectful. From the call to the estimate and job being done was fast. Would’ve been even faster if I didn’t miss a call from them. Highly recommend and will be calling them if I ever need further work done.
We did not have the same positive experience recently that others did according to the reviews. We called and were told someone would call back, 2 days later still hadn’t heard from anyone, so we followed up with another call. Once again the woman who answered the phone said she would have someone call us, it’s been over a week and still no call back. If you’re busy and not taking on new clients, just say so, but it isn’t professional to just not call a potential customer back. So I definitely do not recommend this business.
Phil Stone & Sons Tree Removal does outstanding work! Their strong work ethic is evident in their work. Six large trees, trimming on several others, stump grinding plus clean up and the team did not stop until everything was finished! This is our second job by them (the first being after Hurricane Fran) and their price was as reasonable now as it was back then. These are definitely the guys to call!!
