Could not give enough high praise for Phil. I've worked with him a few times now on both Sales and Purchases, and all would not have been possible without his hard work, honesty and expertise. He was able to line up multiple closings for my partner and I to move into our dream home, and it was all effected seamlessly and with ease. We were Phil’s very first clients back in 2016, and he helped us sell our condo quickly.
