UPDATE: Still doing great and timely work. I had them install a new Goodman unit a bit ago and my electric bill went way down. I just had a failure due to clogged air vents (from other work done on the house) causing a water buildup in HVAC which shut the system off. Gave me very useful information about preventing this as the other work goes on. Quickly assessed the issue. It was actually a plumbing issue and Caitlin gave me all the pertinent information regarding the leak. Very polite and helpful.
We had a new system installed by PnG a few months ago. Here are my takeaways: -The owner answered my questions in detail, was very knowledgeable and was the deciding factor when choosing between 4 quotes -Their price was very competitive amongst the 4 - The system has been great so far, quiet and smooth -We did have one issue with a floor staying too cool. They had a technician out quickly and he immediately diagnosed the issue and had the damper adjusted.
Phil n Great always does a great job for me, and I have used them for several years now. They recently installed a new HVAC system, and they also assist my real estate clients with their heating and air-conditioning needs. I highly recommend them.
Technician Bill arrived on time, was courteous, diagnosed and resolved my issue in about 15 minutes, and did not try to upsell me on equipment that I don't need. Very satisfied.
