Phil exceeded all of our expectations as our realtor when selling our home in Santa Rita Ranch. He provided honest expectations, helped stage our home beautifully, made great recommendations, took incredible photos, helped us while we were out of town by taking out our trash and lots more. I needed to sell a home and was facing a very tight time constraint. I explained my situation to Phil and told him this was not your average sales listing and would be complicated. He was at my home two days later with comparable sales and explained the process in detail. All my questions were answered…and believe me when I say I texted and emailed him A LOT! Phil went above and beyond to help sell our home. We were moving across state lines and not able to facilitate many of the todo’s along the way. Phil either coordinated with vendors on our behalf, or stepped in himself to get the work done. From painting, to wall patches and even some deep cleaning. Phil’s commitment is bar none. Super grateful, and don’t expect to ever have a realtor again who performs as strongly as Phil.
