Phil was absolutely on top of the process. He took care of everything, including when a buyer backed out of the contract at the last minute. Phil priced us the same, and probably a lot better service than other realtors and he charges less. I would highly recommend him.
Phil helped us sell our mom’s home. He was very responsive to our many questions, helping us every step of the way. He was very professional and a genuinely nice man. I would recommend him to help anyone in need of buying or selling real estate.

Phil was great to work with when selling our home. He was very knowledgeable, proactive, and professional. His advice was always helpful and informative, but never pushy. Our place pretty much sold itself. However, the fee was reasonable and totally worth paying because the entire process from listing to closing was short and hassle free. Would definitely recommend using Phil. 👍
