My husband and I had a great experience in our process of finding a home with Phil! He was exceedingly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of home buying, was very honest and available when we had questions, and was with us from beginning to end in our search for a house. He is friendly, kind, personable and we couldn’t imagine going through the process of purchasing a home without his help!
Phil was amazing. I was relocating and Phil helped with multiple side projects that needed to be completed while I was out of town. Phil's sales strategy and style were very effective. Phil's video tour that he personally created was amazing and was instrumental in listing and sales process. Phil photographed the house very well and my listing looked as good or better than anything out there.
Phil did a great job selling my house. Everything pretty much worked out flawlessly and got more for my home then I expected! He even did a great job answering my countless questions lol...
