Phil was amazing. I was relocating and Phil helped with multiple side projects that needed to be completed while I was out of town. Phil's sales strategy and style were very effective. Phil's video tour that he personally created was amazing and was instrumental in listing and sales process. Phil photographed the house very well and my listing looked as good or better than anything out there.
Phil did a great job selling my house. Everything pretty much worked out flawlessly and got more for my home then I expected! He even did a great job answering my countless questions lol...
If I could give 0 stars I would for sure! 3 deals fell through with this realtor! UNHEARD OF!!! All I can say is INCOMPETENT!!! If you want your house actually SOLD…. DO NOT CHOOSE PHIL AS YOUR REALTOR! You WILL REGRET IT! HE IS VERY UNETHICAL WHEN IT COMES TO BEING A REALTOR! You text him… it shows he read the text but he will not respond for who knows how long!!! UNBELIEVABLE! I will be reporting him to the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS! This is a WARNING to anyone wanting to sell their house!
Phil Makarewicz was fantastic, helping me through the house hunting & buying process! I wouldn't be in my beautiful new home without his help. If I need to buy or sell again, I'll definitely work with Phil. He made the whole process so much easier!
