Never had a bad experience and they did what they could for me when I needed it.
We needed our oil changed and tires rotated while on a very long road trip. I used the Lincoln Way app to find a dealer where we would be staying for a couple of days. The concierge and service department took care of everything, and our Aviator Hybrid was serviced and returned to us while we enjoyed our son's birthday at our resort. Would definitely come here again if we ever need service in Colorado Springs!
Make an appointment to get a spare key made for my car on Friday and they checked the part and was good to go. Showed up for my appointment to find out they don’t have the key anymore and was a completely waste of time and energy and gas to get here from my home in up north. This is just multiple issues I have had with this location and don’t know why I keep going back. Horrible customer experience.
