Our salesman, David Sandoval, at Phil Long Lincoln in Colorado Springs was extremely helpful and patient as we tried to decide between several brands of cars. He even sent us videos of several cars that he had on his lot. No pressure tactics, just courteous and helpful service!
Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. The service was great, and the waiting area is very comfortable and stocked with water, coffee, and snacks. I got a great deal, purchasing a service package. They even have mobile service for my oil change, so I will choose that option next time (I live about 40 miles away). I was very happy with my service experience and definitely recommend this dealership.
5 stars for Phil Long Ford! As an out of state buyer purchasing a vehicle at a distance can be a headache. My salesperson Alayjah made the whole process easy and comfortable from start to finish. She was fast with all her communication, answered every one of my questions (there were lots 🙂), and went out of her way to make sure the whole process felt easy. I already told her we'll be calling again in a few years to trade in our other SUV.
You are doing professional work with a good reception. Work on time with more respect for the customer, I will not bring my Lincoln to another place for services.
Excellent experience. I was worried about a over bearing , high pressure situation. Not so with this group. I had a stress free experience with plenty of drive time and time to check out the vehicle. It was transparent as well. Everything was explained. So I definitely recommend this dealership for your needs. Also they check in aftery and make sure all is well!!!
