First, we used the online service appointment and they never came. I had to stop into the dealership to make an appointment because no one ever responded to voicemail left for service. When I made the appointment we could not get a complimentary loner because they said they reduced their fleet. They were able to do pickup and drop off. When the car was returned the windshield wiper was not topped off. I did receive a video to know something was done.
