Up front, Kira was an amazing person. From the time I called in with a ton of questions, setting up an appt with me. I arrived early, she was waiting with a smile and a great welcoming attitude. Her patience with me going from car to car, answering every question I had was top notch. She has a super calm, no pressure demeanor which I appreciated the most! Service drive was the best
Dealing with the service department has been just as frustrating as the sales side. After I noticed my 2020 Santa Fe’s paint was peeling, I contacted Andy, the service manager. He had me come in for photos, told me he’d follow up, then ghosted me for over 3 months. I finally escalated the issue to Hyundai Corporate. That’s the only reason I got a call back.
