I've purchased multiple vehicles from Phil Long Ford. With my first vehicle, I had some mixed experiences with the service department, though I will say that I think I may have come in contact with a lesser trained associate, or at least lesser experienced perhaps. I purchased a 2022 Ford F150 with VERY low miles on it, and I purchased a solid extended warranty along with it. My mom called the main Phil Long Ford line, and the operator transferred her to the Service Department. Nobody picked up the phone, so my mom left a message and requested a call back. Of course, nobody called her back. My sister and I then took my mom in to the place, to speak to someone in person, about a specific part that my mom needed for her Ford. It was a pleasure working with Stephen Richardson on a difficult repair situation. The issue was a previous repair facility had a workmanship issue that lead to engine failure. Not only did Stephen provide every bit of documentation needed to provide the insurance company of the previous repairing location, he was also able to work with the insurance company directly to resolve our issue. Way to go way above and beyond to help out a customer. Thank you
