This is my 3rd time at the service department at Phil Long Ford on Motor City Drive. They have done an outstanding job on my pickup these past 3 times. The young lady at the front desk went above and beyond! Very patient, professional and so kind! Her name was Lori, it was an absolute pleasure working with her. Thank you so much Lori for making sure that I had a ride to and from my home and getting the work done on my truck so quickly!
Did my services with them on JAN. 12, 2025. Purchased a regular 6-7k miles oil and fluid change. Also got new tires as well and got my vehicle back with a hub bearing issue. After I told Jesse, there is no issue with my vehicle. Seeking legal and professional help on service rendered that wouldn't cause my vehicle to have issues. This ONE star is for the shuttle guy. Other than that, I would not bring your car to this place. Especially if you are working with the recon department. Dan and his guys have done a terrible job and have not bothered to fix the wrongs they did to my car. Getting in contact with them is a struggle as well. They say they care about your family but really don't. I will never buy a car from Phil Long ever again.
