Kristy was direct, communicative, and very knowledgeable throughout our purchase. She also was extremely helpful in getting a couple minor mechanical issues rapidly sorted through the service dept when I was unable to get in contact with the service provider.
Collin was very helpful and made the experience very wonderful. He walked us through step by step and explained everything we had questions about. 10/10 would recommend Collin and phil long ford to anyone who's looking for an amazing time!

The service that Chris (used car manager) and Kristy Hayden (sales) provided to us was simply put - amazing! I believe this review will be helpful to others. Quite simply, stay away from Phil Long pre-owned. I have purchased three vehicles there. Had a relatively good experience years ago, but this business is no longer what it once was. Recently bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. The car buying experience was barely tolerable, with the salesman offering to show us exactly one car $3,000 above our price range.
