Malachi and the management team here were very difficult and unresponsive to work with. I have worked with many dealerships (including the phil long chapel hills location) and have never encountered such unprofessional staff as I have with this location.
Diana Winston, the finance manager at this Phil Long Ford location, thinks it's totally fine to mail out predatory letters in the mail after people have just gone through bankruptcy. Once you've cleared your debt, she wants you to sign right back up for a loan with extra high interest levels, now that your credit score has dropped so much. And even after I asked her to stop mailing me (or tried, because she immediately hung up on me..)
