Requested warranty work on a year old vehicle purchased out of state. Phil Long provided a nice loaner, communicated well, and completed the repairs as promised. Excellent service!
The Service Center is always helpful and fast. The service writers are friendly and helpful. I drive across town because I trust them and they always communicate well.
This will be the ONLY Ford dealership I go to in Colorado. I’ve had some pretty rough experiences at other Ford dealerships in Denver. I was just about to leave the brand or drive out of state. When I got to Phil Long, I was expecting another sh*t show, however, it was completely opposite. Deanna was spectacular, patient and informative.
