Phil was AWESOME!!! He was very professional and friendly. He definitely knows the ins and outs of real estate and walked us through every step and kept us updated along the way. He let us know the DOs and DON’Ts for selling and buying. i would definitely recommend him and use him again to buy or sell our home.

One word, "Exceptional". I highly recommend Phil as a real estate agent. I have bought many homes in my life and I have yet to have had such a great experience as what I had working with Phil. He went above and beyond what a normal agent typically does and he truly does care about the individuals in deal to make sure the process transitions smoothly.
