25 years I paid for auto and home owners insurance, I never missed a payment or made a claim in that time frame. Last June my home received hail damage (most of south Denver was hit)so I called Phil, he set a appointment to have it looked at. Agent shows (says to me before he gets out his latter "I have NEVER paid for a roof as long as I have worked for state farm but, I will take a look anyways") after looking he agrees damage was done.
