5 stars all the way for Phil Jawny!! Highly recommended!! A loan officer who truly cares about his clients not only with words, but more importantly, his actions! Phil helped me in so many ways beyond just the loan process. His advice and counseling were life changing for me and my family! If you want a superior experience with your next home purchase, do yourself a favor and give Phil a call. Not only he is an excellent loan officer but is also a terrific person and a great friend!!

We refer all of our clients to Phil and his team! The man and his team are miriacle workers, they can make a stone turn into money and have you in your next home before you know it. You wont find another team that will make getting a mortgage any smoother then working with Phil Jawny and his team!

My wife and I used a broker who decided to hide fees and double our closing costs on our house, and this was when our agent referred us to Phil. It was a pleasure working with Phil and his team. They went out of their way to help us thru some major problems. At one point one of his team was on hold for over 55 minutes trying to solve a problem with my VA eligibility. It was solved and we were able to close as scheduled. They are a reat team and would recommend them to anyone and everybody.

He was always able to be reached and promptly contacted me with a status along the way. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, reliable, and considerate professional.
